The Siren Calls: Returning to Parthenope

This time for work, I’m off to Napoli for just a few days. My writing and correspondence may slow down a bit while I’m away, but I hope to find some time between obligations to wander its ancient streets and revisit a few familiar places.

Still the capital in my heart, Napoli remains a city of extraordinary beauty and history. From its Greek foundations to the splendor of the Bourbon monarchy, its past is never far from view. Beneath the bustle of modern life, the old city still bears the unmistakable character of a place that has witnessed centuries of triumph and tragedy.

There is never enough time in Napoli, but I intend to make the most of whatever time I have.

Ce verimmo!
