The first Sunday of June is the Feast of San Liberato, Holy Martyr and patron of Roccamandolfi, a small town in the Province of Isernia in Molise.  In celebration, I’m posting a prayer to San Liberato. The accompanying photo was taken at Holy Face Monastery in Clifton, New Jersey. Evviva San Liberato! 

Prayer to San Liberato 

God our Father, enable us who honor the memory of San Liberato, martyr and protector of Roccamandolfi, to share with him in the joy of eternal life, through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen
