Evviva Sant'Amato!

Sunday, September 28th, members of the Società Sant'Amato di Nusco of Long Island City, New York (47-39 Vernon Boulevard) gathered at Saint Mary's Church (10-08 49th Avenue), to celebrate the Annual Mass and Procession in honor of Saint Amato, patron saint of Nusco, Avellino. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation to the society for maintaining our beloved cultural and religious traditions, as well as for their kindness and hospitality. Warmly welcomed, I was treated like one of their own. I had a terrific time and look forward to celebrating with them again next year. Evviva Sant’Amato!
