Pilgrimage to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Newark, New Jersey

(L) Ray and Eric. (R) The Church's beautiful High altar
Sunday afternoon my friend Raymond and I made a pilgrimage to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Newark, New Jersey on the Solemnity of Christ the King. While there, we had the remarkable opportunity to venerate the church's many relics, including St. Thérèse of Lisieux, Blessed Rolando Rivi, and several Martyrs of the Spanish Civil War, among others. Heartfelt thanks to our dear friend Eric Lavin for showing us around, again. As always, Eric's hospitality and generosity are second to none.
