A Prayer for France

Saint Genevieve, seventeenth-century painting, Musée Carnavalet, Paris
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the good people of France and other areas of Europe currently engulfed in violent race riots being stoked by far-Left extremists and criminals. Due to the minimal coverage of these horrific stories by our so-called free press, we originally thought the upheaval was caused by the recent horrific stabbings of six people, including four children aged one to three years old, in a park in Annecy, France, by a refugee. To our surprise, it turns out the emotional outburst of destruction and violence was actually caused by a police shooting of a seventeen-year-old career criminal on Tuesday, June 27th in Nanterre, France, who endangered an officer with his car. Reminiscent of our deadly riots in 2020, the rioters are being allowed to run amok by cowardly and ineffectual leaders. Instead of restoring order, French globalist President Emmanuel Macron was seen partying at an Elton John concert. May Saint Genevieve, Saint Joan of Arc, and Saint Denis protect and watch over you, because your secular overlords certainly are not.

Prayer for the victims

Loving God, welcome into your arms the victims of violence and terrorism. Comfort their families and all who grieve for them. Help us in our fear and uncertainty, and bless us with the knowledge that we are secure in your love. Strengthen all those who work for peace, and may the peace the world cannot give reign in our hearts. Amen.
